The Quality Management System (QMS) according to the requirements of the international standard EN ISO 9001, is applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size and product / service provided, and can be used by internal and external parties, including certification bodies / suppliers, to assess the organization’s ability to meet customer, regulatory and organization’s own requirements.

The standard sets the general principles / requirements for Quality Management Systems. It’s philosophy is based on eight (8) management principles which are:
