The Nurture Module is exclusively available for individual producers and producer groups supplying the retailer Tesco. This includes those selling to one or more approved primary suppliers of Tesco. Certification to the Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA) standard is a prerequisite for all producers, as the Nurture Module audit builds upon existing IFA requirements.

The Nurture Module checklist comprises 30 Major CPCCs (Control Points and Compliance Criteria) dedicated to Tesco requirements. These are audited in conjunction with the standards outlined in Integrated Farm Assurance (IFA) for fruit and vegetables or flowers and ornamentals.

To be eligible for conducting Nurture Module audits, Tesco mandates that both new and currently approved Certification Bodies (CBs) meet specific criteria, including an overall KPI score above 4.00 (visible in the public list of GLOBALG.A.P. approved CBs), no KPI sub-score below 3.00, no active yellow cards, and successful completion of a CB office and producer integrity assessment through the GLOBALG.A.P. Integrity Program.

Q-CERT S.A., having received approval from GLOBALG.A.P., is well-positioned to provide services in this regard. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
