We were pleased to participate in the PhytoFuture Innovation Network meeting, held in Thessaloniki on 1–2 October, as a member of this Greek-German network bringing together companies, research organisations and experts from both countries.
The meeting was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore potential synergies and discuss future cooperation towards the development of innovative and sustainable value chains for medicinal plants, nutraceuticals and cosmetics. Q-CERT also had the opportunity to present our work in compliance and certification, including our experience in GACP certification for medicinal cannabis cultivation.
A big thank you to IA Agro and AgriDiverCluster for organising the two-day meeting, and to the Institute of Plant Breeding & Genetic Resources of ELGO-DIMITRA for the warm hospitality. We also thank all members of the network for the interesting discussions and exchange of ideas.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration within the PhytoFuture Innovation Network and contributing our certification and compliance expertise to future initiatives.
