Η Q-CERT συνεχίζοντας να παρακολουθεί τις τρέχουσες εξελίξεις που αφορούν τον κορονοϊό (Covid 19) τις οδηγίες του Παγκόσμιου και του Εθνικού Οργανισμού Υγείας και με γνώμονα την ασφάλεια των συνεργατών της και την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία των διαδικασιών πιστοποίησης σας ενημερώνει ότι:
Εργαζόμενοι στο Φορέα:
Ο κος Κώστας Αυτζόγλου συνεχίζει να είναι διαθέσιμος για να παρέχει τις τεχνικές διευθετήσεις για όσους εργάζονται εξ αποστάσεως και είναι αναγκαία η πρόσβαση σε αρχεία του συστήματος.
Στα κεντρικά γραφεία συνεχίζει να υπάρχει ικανός αριθμός εργαζομένων ώστε να διασφαλιστεί η απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία του Φορέα μας (όπως πχ επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, διαχείριση αρχείων και πληροφοριών).
Πραγματοποίηση Ελέγχων / Επιθεωρήσεων:
Για την πραγματοποίηση Ελέγχων / Επιθεωρήσεων ισχύουν τα όσα αναφέρονται στον οδηγό (COVID 19 ΟΔΗΓΟΣ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΩΝ) και ο οποίος βασίζεται ή κάνει αναφορά στους παρακάτω συνδέσμους των Φορέων Διαπίστευσης ή / και των Διαχειριστών των Σχημάτων:

Σημαντικό:
A) Όπως αναφέρεται και στο σχετικό οδηγό οι εταιρείες οι οποίες δεν είναι σε θέση να πραγματοποιήσουν επιθεώρηση λόγω του κορονοϊού θα πρέπει να μας ενημερώσουν εγγράφως για το λόγο μέσω του εντύπου:

Η Q-CERT θα αξιολογεί την αιτιολόγηση βάσει των οδηγιών των Αρμόδιων Φορέων συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της γενικότερης στρατηγικής για την αποφυγή μετάδοσης της νόσου και θα ενημερώνει τον πελάτη για τις επακόλουθες ενέργειες.
B) Για τις εταιρείες στις οποίες πρόκειται να πραγματοποιηθεί επιτόπια επιθεώρηση θα πρέπει να ληφθούν όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα σύμφωνα με τον οδηγό COVID19-PROTECTIVE MEASURES DURING AUDITS

Q-CERT will evaluate the justification based on the Guidelines of the relevant Bodies, including the general strategy for preventing the transmission of the disease, and will inform the client about the appropriate actions.
B) For the companies in which an on-site audit is to be carried out, all the necessary measures should be taken according to the guide COVID19-PROTECTIVE MEASURES DURING AUDITS.
